Our federal government is an out of control monster that is a danger to our way of life. We have but a shadow of the freedom's our founders fought and died for. Below are just some of the actions we need to take to remove the federal government's power. We need to end the cancer of career politicians from our country. We the People must take back our government with the vote so the day never comes again that we must take it by the musket.
Ban the federal government and the states from imposing any law restricting the Second Amendment. Get rid of all current restrictions on gun ownership.
Ban the federal government from requiring any type of permit to own firearms.
Allow us the God given right to carry and transport our guns throughout the USA including Washington DC without interference, permit, or delay.

Ban the federal government from ever instituting martial law on the citizens of the United States. This is a ban on the federal government from ever shutting down society again for any reason, including disease, natural disaster, or war.
Ban pharmaceutical/drug companies from protection from the damage or death their products cause. This includes any medicine, any medical device, and vaccines.​

​Ban the federal government from enacting any tax on the American people ever again. End all federal taxes on the American people. Let the government be funded by tariffs and fees only. This was the America your grandparents were born into and your great grand parents lived in.

End and ban the military draft in the United States
​
Ban any Muslim from holding elected office in the United States. Islam is a movement to rid the world of freedom, Christianity, and Western society. This was the law of the land until congress changed this in the dark of night a few decades ago.
​
Ban any American from holding more than one term in federal office. Eliminate lifetime judgeships limit them to one 5-year term, this includes the US Supreme Court.

Ban the federal government from recording phone calls, emails, letters, and any other communication of United States citizens. It's ok to watch external threats of those outside of our borders but not us the people.
​
Ban mail in voting. All citizens must provide photo identification to vote in the United States. Military personnel can vote at bases or US Embassy's. No absentee voting. Anyone not able to be at their polling place on election day can vote in person with an ID at their local courthouse or police department before the election. All ballots by paper voting not voting machines that can be hacked.

Ban taxes on any property purchased or owned by citizens of the United States. This includes land, housing, vehicles, boats, planes, RV's, guns, food, clothing, stocks, bonds, sales of goods, any asset that is tangible or digital that allows ownership.

End the Federal Reserve

End the IRS. No need for this private military force if we don't have to pay taxes. Turn them into border patrol agents or send them to the private sector to reduce the size of government!

End the ATF. Alcohol, taxes, and firearms are already legal. If I want to make my own alcohol, tobacco products, or firearms there should be no taxation on my property. I am an American and I need no babysitting or permission from any type of government.

Ban compound interest on any loans. Only simple interest may be enacted on loans for property purchases such as vehicles or homes or any other purpose. No greater than a 3 or 4% simple interest on any loan shall be allowed. Convert all compound interest into simple interest loans of 3 or 4%.
​
All banks operating inside the United States must provide compound interest on all accounts that they secure for United States citizens. Holding and using our money is a privilege not a right. Remove fees from checking and saving accounts.
Ban the use of facial recognition cameras by any government agency anywhere inside the United States.
Ban qualified immunity protections that protect law enforcement. Every citizen must be under the same rules of law. Law enforcement officers who violate our rights must be held financially and legally accountable for how they treat us. All law enforcement MUST wear cameras with audio during their work hours and those devices must not be allowed to be turned off or muted. The material from these cameras must be uploaded live to the cloud that is accessible by the public immediately without delay. This is to ensure American citizen's from having their rights violated. No knock warrants/swatting must be made illegal. Law enforcement may not order citizens out of their vehicles during routine traffic stops without a warrant.
Ban the ownership of any American land by any individual, country, or corporation outside of the united states. Only Americans can own American land. This includes any trust or any other legal entities that may protect the identity of individuals. All land owned by foreign entities, countries, or individuals is to be immediately seized.

Ban the use of Eminent domain by federal or state government. Government may not take any citizens property for any use without the permission of property owners.
​
Reinstitute the gold standard for American currency. Our money has no real value currently because of the corrupt Federal Reserve.
Ban the federal government from any regulation of crypto currency trading.
​
Ban all payments from the federal government to any private company or industry. This includes any subsidy or other transfer of money to the private or non-profit sector.
Universities, colleges, and other educational institutions may not be granted access to any federal money, grants, or loans. Let businesses invest in education not our money.
No federal money given to environmental causes or any energy companies.

Get America out of the corrupt United Nations. Take back our land the UN holds in New York.
Make it criminal for any Bank in the United States to hold money for illegal immigrants. It must also must be illegal for anyone to sell property of any kind to illegal immigrants.
Make it illegal for law enforcement to lie to United States citizens during investigations of criminal activity.

Ban any type of cloud seeding or weather/atmospheric manipulation by airplane or any other source. No dispersal ever of a scientific or medical technology by aerosol or airplane, food or water.
Ban incentives/bonuses for child protective agents from taking children away from their families. All temporary or permanent relocations of children must be first approved by a three-judge panel.
No one shall hold federal office past the age of 60. Only naturally born US citizens may hold federal office. If their term of office is still current at their 60th birthday they will be immediately resigned under law. There will be no grandfathering in of current members of the US Congress. This means all the senile and corrupt old people can be forced out of office.

No medical professional may receive payment of any kind from any organization that creates or sells or recommends medication, medical devices, or vaccines.
​
No Federal ID including Digital ID will be legal inside the United States. State IDs and drivers licenses shall be sufficient to travel anywhere including federal buildings. A passport is only required for travel outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
​
No federal or state database of any kind may be kept of gun owners including types and amounts of firearms. No registration or taxation on guns or ammo or any other accessories including sound dampening devices to protect the owners hearing.
Bring back the penny.
No estate tax upon death of US citizens.

Allow all US farmers to put their farm into a forever farm status for free. Any forever farm may never be turned into housing or anything other than farmland to feed the American people.
​
Ban solar farms from being built on farm land. This has proven to poison the land, water, animals, and air.
